Dragon Run Stream Restoration at Kingsmill Mobile Home Park
NEW CASTLE County
Bid dateTuesday, September 22—
Project details
Description
Approximately 3,000 ft stream restoration of Dragon Run within the Kingsmill Mobile Home Park, from Red Lion Road to the end of Kline Street. The design will also include upgrades to culvert crossings at S. Dragon Drive (3’x10’ box culvert) and N. Dragon Drive (dual elliptical 24”x38” culverts), but the construction of the upgrades on these private roads will be by the Reybold Group. The goal of the project is to improve water quality within the Dragon Run watershed and also reduce the impacts of flooding within the community, though the project will not eliminate all flooding due to the position of the community within the river’s natural floodplain.
How to read this. Plan‑pull counts come straight from agency portals. Patterns and confidence scores are derived from comparable lettings (same county, same category, three‑year basis). Confidence is a calibration of past correctness on signals of this shape — not a guarantee of this bid’s outcome. We never round up. More on what Cassandri does →
