Public site, report accounts, and private workspace
The public site presents procurement records and Cassandri’s analysis of those records. A free account can hold project-report purchases and related deliverables. The private workspace adds saved work, opportunity screening, and broader report access; workspace access is currently by invitation or a separate paid entitlement.
Your account
Use an email address you control, keep sign-in links private, and tell us promptly if you believe the account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share account access outside the company or people covered by your purchase, invitation, or commercial agreement.
Decision support, not a substitute for the source
Cassandri organizes public records and computes descriptive comparisons. It is not legal, financial, engineering, safety, procurement, or bid advice. Scores are not probabilities; planholder names are not guaranteed bidders; agency records can change; and a report cannot explain a contractor’s intent. Verify every material deadline, requirement, addendum, amount, and eligibility rule with the issuing agency before acting.
Saved work and reports
A project-report purchase covers the named contractor and project shown at checkout and keeps that order and its deliverables in your account. Workspace users may also save lettings and deterministic report snapshots. You are responsible for the profile details and notes you submit. Do not upload confidential bid strategy, controlled information, personal data you have no right to use, or material that violates another party’s rights.
Commercial terms and billing
The $199 project briefing is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Stripe processes the transaction on its hosted checkout through PROW Advisory LLC, the current Stripe account holder for Cassandri. A purchase does not open the private subscription workspace. Subscription, enterprise, and paid-pilot terms shown at checkout or in a signed order form control their fees, term, scope, cancellation, service levels, and any negotiated data terms.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or bypass security, use another person’s account, overload the service, interfere with other users, misrepresent Cassandri output as an agency record, or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable internal business use is allowed; resale, bulk republication, or automated extraction of the private workspace requires written permission.
Ownership
Government source records remain subject to their source terms and applicable law. Cassandri owns its software, presentation, selection, normalization, scoring logic, and original analysis. Your company keeps ownership of information it supplies, while granting us the limited right to process it to operate and support the workspace.
Availability and liability
The pilot and public site are provided on an as-available basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or wrong at the source or in our processing. To the extent law permits, Cassandri disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site. A signed commercial agreement may replace this section for a paid relationship.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or end a pilot. You may stop using the workspace and request account deletion under the privacy policy. We may update these terms as the product and legal entity mature; material changes affecting active accounts will be posted and communicated when practical.
