What this site is
A pre-launch landing page describing what we're building. The waitlist form collects your email address so we can contact you when there's something to share. That is the entire scope of the relationship at this stage.
What you're agreeing to by joining the waitlist
That we may email you about Cassandri — typically: launch announcements, private demo invitations, and major product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or emailing hello@cassandri.com. That's it. You owe us nothing.
What we're committing to
To keep your email address private (see the privacy policy), to delete it on request, and to write a real Terms of Service before we ever ship a product, charge money, or store your business data. This page is not that document — it's a placeholder for a relationship that doesn't exist yet.
What you don't have a right to
A product. There isn't one yet. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a pre-order, a subscription, or a guarantee that we'll launch on any particular timeline (or at all). It's an expression of interest, and we're grateful for it.
The site itself
This website is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it'll be available at any particular time, that the content is error-free, or that it'll continue to look or behave the same way tomorrow. We reserve the right to change, pause, or remove the site without notice.
If something goes sideways
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the site or the waitlist is limited to deleting your record on request. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages — there's no commercial relationship between us yet for those concepts to attach to.
Updates
These terms will be replaced — not amended — before product launch, account creation, paid plans, or any handling of your business data. When that happens, we'll email everyone on the waitlist with the new terms and a link to opt out before they take effect.
