Description: Construct two direct connector ramps, one in each direction, between the SR 167 High Occupancy Toll (HOT) Lane and the I-405 High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane. These ramps connect northbound SR 167 to northbound I-405 and connect southbound I-405 to southbound SR 167.
