Description: This project will improve the I-5/SR 529 interchange by adding a new NB off-ramp to SR 529 and a new on-ramp to SB I-5 from SB SR 529. The project will improve NB I-5 travel by adding a new permanent fourth lane for high occupancy vehicles.
